Visual and Communication Design Seminar

Session 3: Personalised folio checks - Sunday 6 August
Students are invited to come to the Academy's Open Day and get feedback on how your VCD folio is progressing. Bring along your folio in progress for a brief feedback session with Kristen. Get tips on expanding your ideas for great final outcomes. Come to the session prepared with some key questions about your work so far.

About the Presenter

Kristen Guthrie is both an experienced teacher of Visual Communication Design and Graphic Designer. She has been closely involved in the development, teaching and evaluation of VCE Visual Communication since its introduction to the VCE curriculum. She has worked in curriculum development and assessment with the VCAA and is passionate about design education. Kristen is the author of the popular textbook, Nelson Visual Communication Design: VCE Units 1 – 4 now in its third edition as well as the accompanying student workbook. She is currently Head of Arts at Woodleigh School on the Mornington Peninsula.
