You are required to have a visa if you are planning to study in Australia. Australian visas are issued by the Department of Home Affairs.
Visit the Department of Home Affairs website to find information on which visa to apply for, processing times, fees and associated costs, bringing a partner or family with you and information on how to apply.
Check your eligibility for a Student Visa.
We encourage international students to use the Australian Government Department of Home Affairs Document Checklist Tool before lodging an application, to find out what documents you will need to attach when applying to study with LCI Melbourne. This tool provides an indication of the evidence you will need to submit with your application depending on your location.
*Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) is an official document issued by LCI Melbourne that records what you are studying, start and end dates expected for your program, any fees paid and estimated total fees required for use by the Australian Government.
For more information about your visa options, visit the Australian Government Department of Home Affairs.
If you have been notified that your visa will be delayed and you will not arrive in time for enrolment, orientation or trimester start, please contact Student Services to discuss your options.
