What do I include with my application form?
1. Two forms of ID, one from each list (note that an Australian Passport alone will fill requirements on both lists as photo ID and evidence of citizenship)

2. If you wish to apply via Academic Entry, you also need to include:
- Official certification of educational qualification/s (e.g. Diploma, ATAR statement).
