The Academy of Design Australia hosted Academy Founder and Director Robert (Bob) Treseder on a tour of the new LCI Melbourne campus site in Collingwood recently. Bob is a well known figure in Australian design circles, and is currently Director of the Australian Centre of Innovation & Design.
The tour was hosted by LCI Education Network President Claude Marchand, who is based in Montréal. Bob and Claude explored the impressive new campus in Collingwood, designed by Gray Puksand exclusively for design arts education.
As the Academy moves into a new phase, we are proud to take forward Bob's legacy, which emerged out of a drive to offer a unique, alternative university education focussed on a creative, collaborative community closely connected to industry.
This is an exciting period for the LCI Education Network in Melbourne. Both the Academy of Design Australia and partner language school Fusion English are rebranding and relocating, giving current and new students unique opportunities for study in Australia's cultural capital.
